Documents Checklist

Student Login & Registration

    Create MPTAAS Profile ID

    Register using Samagra ID, Aadhaar number, and Caste certificate number.

    Obtain 12-Digit Profile User ID

    Get permanent User ID (e.g. User12345678) and password via SMS.

  3. 3

    Apply for Post-Matric Scholarship

    Select course, institute code, admission year, and upload marksheets.

  4. 4

    College Lock & Verification

    Submit application online and request college nodal officer to lock application.

Checking Application Status

    Step 1: Login to MPTAAS

    Visit tribal.mp.gov.in/mptaas and enter User ID and Password.

    Step 2: Navigate to Scholarship Application Status

    Click "PMS" -> "Application Status".

  3. 3

    Step 3: Check Disbursement Status

    View status: Approved by Sanctioning Authority -> Sent to Treasury -> Sanction Order Issued.
