How to Apply Online
Applications are submitted online via Online. Complete eKYC, upload scanned documents, and submit before the closing date.

- 2New Registration (First-time applicants)
If you are a new user, click on 'New Registration' and fill in the required details accurately as per your documents.
- 3Receive Registration ID
After successful registration, you will receive a 'Student Registration ID'.
- 4Login
Use your 'Student Registration ID' (or Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID if already registered) to log in. For fresh applications, use the 'Fresh Application' option.
- 5Complete Registration Details
Navigate to the 'Students' option on the left-hand side of the dashboard and complete any remaining registration details.
- 6Aadhaar/eKYC
Enter a functional mobile number, captcha, and OTP for verification. Then, enter your/parent's/guardian's Aadhaar/EID number and click 'Get OTP' for eKYC, verify the OTP, and agree to the terms.
- 7Fill Application Form
Carefully fill in all the required details in the application form, including personal, academic, and bank information.
- 8Upload Documents
Upload all necessary scanned documents, such as mark sheets/certificates (Class 10 onwards), caste certificate, Himachali Bonafide Certificate, Aadhaar Card, latest bank statement, and passport-size photo.

Before final submission, review the entire application form for any discrepancies. Once satisfied, submit the application form.
