The scholarship provides financial assistance for 10 months. The annual amount varies based on the applicant's family income, parental occupation (registered laborer or marginal landholder), and the location of the institute. For children of registered laborers or marginal landholders, the scholarship offers up to ₹32,000 for 10 months in major cities (Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Thane, etc.) for meal allowance and up to ₹20,000 for 10 months in other areas. For students with an annual family income up to ₹1 Lakh or between ₹1 Lakh and ₹8 Lakhs, the scholarship provides up to ₹10,000 for 10 months in major cities and ₹8,000 for 10 months in other areas. The sanctioned amount is disbursed directly to the students' Aadhaar-linked bank accounts through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) portal.
