About the Program

The Gujarat State Pre-Matric Scholarship provides financial aid up to ₹7,000 per year to SC, ST, and OBC students studying in Classes 1 to 10 in government or government-aided schools.

Benefits & Financial Support

Annual scholarship varies by category and class: SC students (Class 9-10) receive ₹3,500/year (Day Scholar) or ₹7,000/year (Hosteller). OBC/SEBC and ST students receive ₹500 to ₹1,500/year depending on grade level and gender.

Annual cash stipend to cover elementary and secondary school books, stationary, and uniforms.

Note: Limited to students studying in recognized government or aided schools of Gujarat.

Selection Process
