₹1.4 Lakh+

The Ladli Lakshmi Yojana provides a total financial assistance of ₹1,43,000 through an assurance certificate issued in the girl child's name. This amount is disbursed in various stages. Initially, ₹6,000 is deposited annually for the first five years after registration, totaling ₹30,000. Educational assistance includes: ₹2,000 upon admission to Class 6, ₹4,000 upon admission to Class 9, ₹6,000 upon admission to Class 11, and ₹6,000 upon admission to Class 12. Additionally, girls receive ₹200 per month during their studies in Class 11 and 12. For higher education, specifically graduate or professional courses of a minimum two years duration, an incentive of ₹25,000 is provided in two equal installments during the first and last year of the course (₹12,500 annually for two years). A final lump sum payment of ₹1,00,000 is made when the girl child completes 21 years of age, provided she has not married before 18 and has appeared for her Class 12 examinations. Payments for school admissions are often made via e-payment, and the final lump sum is typically disbursed through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to Aadhaar-seeded accounts.
