Upload scanned copies of your Class 12 marksheet/certificate, Domicile certificate, Caste certificate, and Aadhaar card (front and back, often as a single PDF). Ensure your bank account is Aadhaar-seeded for DBT.

The department will verify your submitted documents. Upon successful verification, a User ID and Password will be sent to your registered mobile number and/or email address.
