What is Odisha e-Medhabruti and KALIA Scholarship?

The Government of Odisha offers financial aid to bright students after school. The e-Medhabruti scheme gives cash for college fees. The Krushak Assistance for Livelihood and Income Augmentation (KALIA) scheme helps children of farmers pay for higher studies.

Both schemes run on the State Scholarship Portal Odisha (SSP Odisha). Students get money directly into their bank accounts via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)

To get e-Medhabruti, you need at least 55% marks in Class 12. Your total family income must be below ₹8 Lakh per year. You must be a permanent resident of Odisha state.
