E-Grantz 3.0 is the comprehensive Web-based Application for Processing Educational Grants for Post-Matriculation Students belonging to SC, ST, OBC, OEC, and Socially Backward classes in Kerala.

Documents Checklist

Student Login & Registration

    One-Time Registration (OTR)

    Register on egrantz.kerala.gov.in using Aadhaar number and active mobile number.

  2. 2

    Fill Personal & Course Details

    Enter academic qualification, institution name, SSLC registration details, and caste.

  3. 3

    Upload Certificates

    Attach income certificate, caste certificate, and SSLC marksheet.

  4. 4

    Institution Verification

    Submit application ID to your college E-Grantz Nodal Officer for approval.

Checking Application Status

    Step 1: Visit Track Application Page

    Open egrantz.kerala.gov.in and click "Track Application".

  2. 2

    Step 2: Enter Aadhaar / Application No.

    Input your 12-digit Aadhaar number or E-Grantz Application ID.

  3. 3

    Step 3: Review Disbursement Status

    View status: Verified by College -> Approved by SC/ST Development Officer -> Claim Sent to Bank.
