How to Register & Login on E-Grantz 3.0 Kerala Portal
Follow this 4-step official registration process
One-Time Registration (OTR)
Register on egrantz.kerala.gov.in using Aadhaar number and active mobile number.
Fill Personal & Course Details
Enter academic qualification, institution name, SSLC registration details, and caste.
Upload Certificates
Attach income certificate, caste certificate, and SSLC marksheet.
Institution Verification
Submit application ID to your college E-Grantz Nodal Officer for approval.
How to Check Application & PFMS Status
Track your disbursement stage and approval progress
Step 1: Visit Track Application Page
Open egrantz.kerala.gov.in and click "Track Application".
Step 2: Enter Aadhaar / Application No.
Input your 12-digit Aadhaar number or E-Grantz Application ID.
Step 3: Review Disbursement Status
View status: Verified by College -> Approved by SC/ST Development Officer -> Claim Sent to Bank.
