What is NSP OTR and why is it mandatory?▼
OTR (One-Time Registration) is a unique 14-digit identifier generated via Aadhaar biometric/Face-RD authentication. It replaces annual registration on NSP.
How to fix "Application Rejected by INO" on NSP?▼
Contact your Institute Nodal Officer (INO) immediately. Request them to unlock or re-verify your application after uploading corrected certificates.
Why is my NSP payment status showing "Payment Failed"?▼
Payment fails if your bank account is not mapped to your Aadhaar in the NPCI mapper database. Visit your bank branch to request Aadhaar Seeding.
