AP Talliki Vandanam First Phase Payments Released: Check Status Online

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has started releasing funds for the Talliki Vandanam scheme. The direct benefit transfer process began on July 22, 2026. This scheme benefits school-going children across the state.

Disbursement Details

Under the Talliki Vandanam scheme, eligible mothers receive financial assistance. The government allocates ₹15,000 per eligible child annually. Out of this, ₹2,000 is deducted for school infrastructure maintenance. Mothers receive a net amount of ₹13,000 directly in their bank accounts. Payments are processed through Aadhaar-enabled payment services.

Beneficiary Coverage

Over 42.70 lakh mothers are receiving this benefit in the current phase. The scheme covers approximately 67.47 lakh school students. Students from Class 1 to Class 12 are eligible for the incentive. This includes government, government-aided, and recognized private schools. A second phase of payments will be released on August 30, 2026. This second phase will cover newly enrolled students.

How to Check Payment Status

Beneficiaries can check their payment status using three methods. First, visit the official Benefit Management portal online. Enter the mother's Aadhaar number to view the application status. Second, use the 'Mana Mitra' WhatsApp chatbot at 9552300009. Send a message to check the status via mobile. Third, visit the local Village or Ward Secretariat office. Secretariats have displayed the physical list of eligible beneficiaries.

Important Deadlines and Grievances

A grievance registration window is open from July 22 to August 3, 2026. Mothers who have not received payments must visit their secretariat. Ensure the bank account is linked to Aadhaar. NPCI seeding must be active to avoid payment failure. Low school attendance under 75% will block the disbursement. Submit necessary documents to clear any pending verification issues.
