Saksham scheme ensures that specially-abled students can pursue technical degrees/diplomas without financial barriers by providing ₹50,000 yearly.

An amount of ₹50,000 per annum is awarded as a lump sum. This amount is intended to cover college fees, purchase of computers, stationery, books, equipment, and software. No additional grants are provided for hostel charges, medical expenses, or similar costs. After selection, the scholarship amount is paid through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) mode on an annual basis to the student's Aadhaar-seeded bank account.
