The scheme offers two primary benefits: a scooty or a cash incentive (Protsahan Rashi). The scooty benefit, valued at an approved amount of ₹70,000, is disbursed directly to the student's Aadhaar-seeded bank account through an e-RUPI voucher or Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to facilitate the purchase of a scooty. For eligible students who do not receive the scooty, an annual cash incentive is provided: ₹10,000 per year for the first, second, and third years of a Bachelor's degree program, and ₹20,000 per year for the first and second years of a Master's degree program. All cash incentives are also disbursed via DBT to the student's bank account.

For the academic year 2025-26, the first 4,240 girls who rank highest on this merit list are selected for the scooty benefit

Key eligibility criteria include being a permanent resident of Rajasthan, belonging to one of the Most Backward Classes (MBC) (Gurjar, Banjara, Baldiya, Labana, Gadia Lohar, Gadoliya, Raika, Rebari (Debasi, Dewasi), Gadriya, Gadri, Gayri), having an annual family income less than ₹2,50,000, being regularly enrolled in a government college or state-funded university, not having a gap year between 12th grade and the first year of graduation, or between the final year of graduation and the first year of post-graduation, and not receiving benefits from any other scholarship or financial assistance scheme.

How to Apply Online
Applications are submitted online via Online. Complete eKYC, upload scanned documents, and submit before the closing date.
- 1Visit the SSO Portal
Go to the official Rajasthan Single Sign-On (SSO) portal at `sso.rajasthan.gov.in`.
- 2Register/Login
If you are a new user, click on 'Registration' and register using your Jan Aadhaar card or Aadhaar card. Existing users can log in with their SSO ID and password.
- 3Access Scholarship Application
After logging in, navigate to the dashboard and look for the 'Scholarship (CE, TAD, Minority)' application. Click on it to open the scholarship portal.
- 4Select Scheme
Inside the scholarship application, go to 'Student Portal' and then select the 'Devnarayan Chhatra Scooty Vitaran Scheme' link. Your basic details will be auto-filled from your Jan Aadhaar profile.
- 5Fill Application Form
Complete the application form with all required details. Ensure that your Income, Caste, Domicile, and other information in your Jan Aadhaar card are updated in advance.
- 6Upload Documents
Upload all necessary self-attested documents, including: fee deposit receipt for admission to a government college/university, previous year's exam mark sheet (12th marksheet for graduation applicants), domicile certificate, MBC caste certificate, annual income certificate (not more than six months old), nationalized bank savings account passbook with clear IFSC code and DBT enabled, Aadhaar card copy, Jan Aadhaar card copy, and an affidavit stating you are not receiving benefits from any other scholarship.

Review all information carefully before final submission. After successful submission, you will receive a unique application number (e.g., SCHOALRSHIP/2025-26/XXXXXX). Keep this number safe. An SMS/Email notification will also be sent.

You can track the status of your application and payment by logging into the official portal with your SSO ID or by using the status check link and entering your application ID.
