€18,500 (approx. ₹20.7 Lakh+)
The Émile Boutmy Scholarship is a tuition fee exemption, not a cash payment or living stipend. For Master's programs, it generally provides an exemption of €18,500 per year for the two-year program. For undergraduate programs, the scholarship can range from a full tuition exemption to a reduction of €9,500, €6,500, or €3,600 per year for three years. In exceptional undergraduate cases, funding of up to €19,000 for up to three years may be awarded. These amounts are applied directly to tuition fees and are not disbursed as Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to Aadhaar-seeded accounts, as Sciences Po is a French institution. (Note: Amounts in INR are estimated based on 1 EUR ≈ 90 INR. The actual value will depend on the prevailing exchange rate.)
