About the Program
The Haryana State Merit Scholarship by Higher Education Dept., Govt. of Haryana supports meritorious girl students pursuing undergraduate general degree courses in government colleges. Awarded to top 10 girls per college who scored at least 60% in 10+2, it provides Rs. 3000 annually for three years. This scheme promotes academic excellence without income restrictions.
