Additionally, an annual scholarship amount is granted, varying by parental income: - For parental income up to ₹1 lakh per year: ₹40,000 annually. Female students in this category receive an additional ₹10,000 Women Merit Scholarship, totaling ₹50,000 annually. - For parental income between ₹1 lakh and ₹3 lakh per year: ₹30,000 annually. Female students also receive an additional ₹10,000 Women Merit Scholarship, totaling ₹40,000 annually. - For parental income between ₹3 lakh and ₹5 lakh per year: ₹20,000 annually. Female students again receive an additional ₹10,000 Women Merit Scholarship, totaling ₹30,000 annually. For SC/ST students availing the Free Messing facility, a monthly pocket allowance of ₹500 (₹5,000 annually) is provided, along with exemption from hostel rent and basic mess charges.
