About the Program
The Legislative Assistants to Members of Parliament (LAMP) Fellowship by PRS Legislative Research is a unique opportunity for young Indians to learn law-making and public policy by working full-time with a Member of Parliament (MP). Fellows provide research support including drafting questions, speeches, and private members' bills.
Benefits & Financial Support

LAMP Fellows receive a stipend of INR 23,000 per month for the duration of the fellowship, which typically lasts 10-11 months. This stipend is intended to cover basic living expenses in New Delhi. Statutory deductions may apply.
