About the Program

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Diploma, ITI, Class 11-12
Must be enrolled in All Streams. Minimum 50% marks required in previous exam.
Financial & Category
Selection Process
Based on belonging to notified minority communities (Muslim/Christian etc), family income under ₹2 Lakhs, scoring at least 50% in previous exam, and merit rank in quota distribution.
Renewal Policy
Required each academic year by maintaining at least 50% marks in college exams.
Application Process
- 1OTR ID
Register on the NSP portal at [scholarships.gov.in](https://scholarships.gov.in) to generate your OTR ID.
- 2Apply Fresh
Log in using your OTR ID. Under Ministry of Minority Affairs, click "Post-Matric Scholarship for Minorities".
- 3Upload Records
Scan and upload minority self-declaration, income certificate (< ₹2 Lakhs), and previous year's passed marksheet.
- 4Link Course
Select your college and insert your current admission details.
- 5Submit
Confirm details and submit. Disbursals are paid directly to your Aadhaar-linked account.
