Benefits & Financial Support
The scholarship provides a partial tuition fee offset of up to AUD $10,000 (approximately 550,000 INR). It does not provide financial support for living allowance, visa application costs, Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), airfares, accommodation, conferences, or other study-related costs.
Inclusions
Nationality:Must be an international student (not a citizen of Australia or New Zealand, or hold permanent residency of Australia).
Degree Level:Must be commencing an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree (excluding Graduate Certificates and Global MBA courses).
Enrollment Status:Must be a full-time student.
Academic & English Requirements:Must meet the academic and English language requirements for the chosen Macquarie University Bachelor's or Postgraduate Coursework Degree.
Offer of Admission:Must hold a valid, full offer letter to study at Macquarie University.
Commencement:Must commence study in the session and year indicated in the scholarship offer letter; commencement cannot be deferred.
Other Scholarships:Not eligible if receiving another Macquarie University scholarship, unless approved by the scholarship team. Not eligible if currently enrolled at Macquarie University International College.
Prior Study:Not eligible if you have completed the same level or a higher level of study previously.

Application Process
- 1Apply for your chosen degree
First, you must lodge an application for your desired Bachelor's or Postgraduate coursework degree at Macquarie University.
- 2Receive Offer Letter
Once your course application is processed and successful, you will receive a full offer letter from Macquarie University, along with a Macquarie University Student ID number.
- 3Complete Scholarship Application
After receiving your offer letter, complete the short online scholarship application form. You will need to enter your Macquarie University Student ID number and may need to type 'VCIS' in the scholarship name field if prompted.
- 4Accept Offer and Scholarship
Scholarships are limited, so it is encouraged to accept your offer and scholarship early to avoid disappointment.
