This excludes Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), accommodation, and general living expenses. The scholarship is disbursed as a tuition fee waiver directly by Monash University to the student's fee account and does not involve Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to Aadhaar-seeded accounts as it is for study in Australia.
