Complete NSP One Time Registration (MANDATORY FIRST STEP) - Visit scholarships.gov.in (National Scholarship Portal). Click 'One Time Registration (OTR)'. Complete Aadhaar-based eKYC and Face Authentication using NSP OTR App. Receive your OTR Number - REQUIRED for SSP application.

//ssp.postmatric.karnataka.gov.in. Click 'Create New Account'. Enter Aadhaar number, name matching Aadhaar, mobile number, email ID. Verify OTP sent to mobile. Link Aadhaar with bank account (mandatory for DBT).
- 3Fill Application Form - Log in to SSP portal with credentials. Click 'Apply for Post-Matric Scholarship'. Select 'Social Welfare Department - SC Category'. Enter NSP OTR ID (from Step 1). Fill personal details (name, date of birth, gender, contact details). Enter academic information (course, institution, year, previous exam marks). Provide family details (father/mother name, occupation, annual income). Enter bank account details (Aadhaar-linked account mandatory). Answer domicile question (Are you resident of Karnataka? Yes). For hostellers
Select 'Hosteller' ONLY if in government-run hostel (private hostel/PG = day scholar).
