About the Program
The Pragyan Bharati Scheme, also known as Assam HS Scooty Scheme, provides scooters to meritorious students securing 80% or more marks in the Higher Secondary Final Examination 2025 conducted by ASSEB. Launched by the Government of Assam's Higher Education Department, it aims to encourage higher education and improve student mobility. Eligible students receive the Dr. Bani Kanta Kakati Merit Award as a scooty with a free helmet.
