Students who have completed or are in the final year of 4-year undergraduate or 5-year integrated M.Tech or integrated M.Sc. courses or 5-year undergraduate-postgraduate dual degree programs in Science and Technology streams from IISc/IITs/NITs/IISERs/IIEST and centrally funded IIITs, within the last 5 years.
Q.What is the fellowship amount and duration?
Rs. 70,000 per month for first 2 years, Rs. 75,000 for 3rd year, Rs. 80,000 for 4th and 5th years. Tenure: 4 years for integrated courses, 5 years for B.Tech. Plus Rs. 2 lakh annual research grant.
