The Sant Sohirobanath Ambiye Bursary Scheme provides financial assistance up to ₹40,000 per annum towards eligible fees and an additional ₹5,000 per annum for textbooks and reference books. The total maximum annual assistance is ₹45,000. Eligible fee components include university registration fees, tuition fees, library fees, laboratory fees, gymkhana fees, IT lab fees/InfoTech fees/Information Technology charges, and practical fees, along with any other charges approved by the sanctioning committee. The assistance is calculated based on the actual fees paid for the course and is disbursed directly to the student's Aadhaar-seeded bank account through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). Students are required to pay the institutional fees first, after which the eligible amount will be reimbursed.
