About the Program
The Teach For India Fellowship is a 2-year full-time paid program where selected fellows serve as teachers in English medium government or low-fee private schools in underserved communities across 8 cities: Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune. It aims to develop leadership skills to drive educational equity.[1][2][6]
Benefits & Financial Support

Fellows receive a monthly stipend of INR 30,000. A City Compensatory Allowance (CCA) ranging from INR 6,000 to INR 12,600 per month is provided for relocation, depending on the placement city. Additional benefits include reimbursements for work-related expenses and health insurance up to INR 100,000.
