The UP Chief Minister (CM) Fellowship Programme offers ₹40,000 monthly remuneration to postgraduates and PhD holders to work on governance, data monitoring, and scheme execution across UP Aspirational Blocks.

Monthly financial remuneration of ₹40,000 (stipend + field allowance) along with high-level exposure working directly with District Magistrates and Department Heads in UP Aspirational Blocks and Urban Bodies.
Note: Requires full-time field deployment in assigned UP blocks/cities.
