** Register using mobile number and Aadhaar. Set up citizen login.
- 4**Select Milestone
** Choose the appropriate milestone category (e.g. Birth, Class 1, Class 9, or Higher Education).
- 5**Attach certificates
** Upload daughter's birth certificate, family size affidavit, parent income certificate (< ₹3 Lakhs), and current school admission slip.
- 6**Submit
** Confirm and submit. Verification is handled by District Child Welfare officials.
