1. ETS Institution Codes: Enter the specific German university's ETS Code when taking the GRE (e.g. RWTH Aachen DI Code: 4444, TUM DI Code: 7806).
2. Upload PDF Examinee Score Report: Upload a digital PDF copy of your score report to TUMonline, RWTHonline, or Uni-Assist (Uni Assist Manual).

4 Rules to Prevent GRE Rejections

1. Check GRE Home Edition Policies: While RWTH Aachen accepts GRE Home Edition, select faculties at TUM require in-person test center GRE scores. Always verify!
2. Do Not Send GRE Scores After Deadline: Your official GRE score must reach the university or Uni-Assist BEFORE the application deadline (July 15th for Winter Intake: Winter vs Summer Intakes).
3. Verify the 85% Waiver List First: If you do NOT wish to take the GRE, review our directory of 85+ German public universities that do NOT require GRE (GRE GMAT Waiver Directory).
4. Use Analytical Writing Target (3.5+): Ensure your GRE Analytical Writing (AWA) score is at least 3.0 to 3.5.
