Based on Delhi residency, category status, scoring 50%+ (Class 9-10) or 60%+ (Class 11-12), and parental income below ₹8 Lakhs (waived for 75%+ scorers).

Required annually on the e-District portal by submitting promotion certificate and passed marksheet.
