The BOC Scholarship or Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana provides financial assistance ranging from ₹2000 to ₹40000 per year to children of registered construction workers in Odisha pursuing education from Class 6 onwards including ITI Diploma and technical courses with special provisions for girl children who receive 20% additional benefit from Class 8 onwards.
Benefits & Financial Support
₹2,000 to ₹40,000 per year based on educational level (Class 6 to B.Tech/MBBS) for children of registered construction workers. Girls receive 20% extra stipend.

Educational Qualification
School (6-12), Diploma/Polytechnic, ITI/ITC
Must be enrolled in relevant courses. Minimum 33% marks required in previous exam.

Selection Process
Direct merit-cum-status verification of parent's registration with OB&OCWWB (minimum 1 year active membership).
Renewal Policy
Requires annual renewal application on the State Scholarship Portal and verification of parent's active labor card.

Visit scholarship.odisha.gov.in and click Registration for new users

Read instructions tick declaration checkbox and click Proceed

Enter Aadhaar number and click Get OTP
- 4
Validate OTP received on Aadhaar-registered mobile number

Complete registration with personal details and create password

Login with unique ID or Aadhaar number and password

Navigate to Schemes section and look for BOC Scholarship or Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana
