Must be enrolled in ITI, ITC, Polytechnic, Diploma in all technical and vocational trades.

Selection Process
Merit-based selection for orphaned students who are permanent residents of Odisha and enrolled in ITI ITC Polytechnic or Diploma courses in government or recognized private institutions
Eligible orphan categories include: children without biological or adoptive parents, children who lost both parents, children who lost single earning parent, children under guardianship with guardian annual income below ₹8 lakh from all sources
Must be pursuing technical or vocational education in recognized institutions approved by government
Selection based on fulfillment of eligibility criteria verification of orphan status through death certificates and academic merit
Priority given to students from economically weaker backgrounds and those with higher academic performance
Application processed through Skill Development and Technical Education Department Government of Odisha
Cannot avail multiple scholarships simultaneously under state portal.

Application Process
1. Visit scholarship.odisha.gov.in and click Registration if new user, 2. Read instructions tick declaration checkbox and click Proceed, 3. Enter Aadhaar number and click Get OTP, 4. Validate OTP received on Aadhaar-registered mobile number, 5. Complete registration with basic details and create password, 6. Login with unique number or Aadhaar number and password, 7. Navigate to Schemes section and look for Green Passage for Orphans Students, 8. Click Apply button next to scheme name, 9. Fill application form with personal details orphan status details and academic information, 10. Upload all required documents including death certificate income certificate and enrollment proof, 11. Complete Aadhaar-based verification if required, 12. Submit application and download acknowledgment receipt, 13. Institution principal will verify application online, 14. Track application status through student dashboard on portal
