Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), Diploma/Polytechnic, ITI/ITC, PhD
Must be enrolled in Medical MBBS BDS BAMS BHMS, Engineering B.Tech M.Tech, Agriculture and allied courses, Nursing BSc Nursing GNM, Pharmacy B.Pharma, Architecture, MBA MCA BBA BCA, Diploma Polytechnic ITI ITC, All professional and technical courses.

Selection Process
Merit-based selection for permanent residents of Odisha whose parents or guardians are registered beneficiaries under CM-KISAN Scheme
Students must secure admission in government or private institutions having AISHE code within Odisha state
Cannot receive other scholarship benefits simultaneously must opt out from existing scholarships to receive KVNY benefits
Scholarship applicable for one professional course only students who received benefit for one program not eligible for second course
Private institutions located outside Odisha not eligible
Application window opens twice yearly in July-August and November-December
Institution principal must verify and authenticate application online before final approval by Agriculture and Farmers Empowerment Department.

1. Visit scholarship.odisha.gov.in and click Login, 2. Click Student Login option, 3. For new users click Register Here or visit registration guideline page, 4. Read instructions tick declaration checkbox and click Proceed, 5. Enter Aadhaar number and click Get OTP, 6. Validate OTP received on Aadhaar-registered mobile number, 7. Complete registration form with basic details and create password, 8. Login with unique number or Aadhaar number and password, 9. Navigate to Schemes section and select Krishi Vidya Nidhi Yojana, 10. Click Apply Now button, 11. Fill application form with personal academic bank and CM-KISAN beneficiary details, 12. Upload all required documents including CM-KISAN verification, 13. Complete Aadhaar-based face authentication, 14. Submit application and download receipt, 15. Institution will verify application online, 16. Track status through applicant dashboard
