** Register on the NSP portal at [scholarships.gov.in](https://scholarships.gov.in) to generate your OTR ID.

** Log in using your OTR ID. Under Ministry of Minority Affairs, click "Post-Matric Scholarship for Minorities".
- 4**Upload Records
** Scan and upload minority self-declaration, income certificate (< ₹2 Lakhs), and previous year's passed marksheet.
- 5**Link Course
** Select your college and insert your current admission details.
- 6**Submit
** Confirm details and submit. Disbursals are paid directly to your Aadhaar-linked account.
