BC/EBC ವರ್ಗ, ತೆಲಂಗಾಣ ನಿವಾಸ, ₹5 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಆದಾಯ, ಪದವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 60% ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಗಳಿಸಿರುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ವಿದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಮಾಡಲು ಮಾನ್ಯವಾದ ವೀಸಾವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವುದರ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆ.
