Benefits & Financial Support

Educational Qualification
Postgraduate, PhD
Must be enrolled in Engineering, Management, Science, Medicine, Humanities. Minimum 60% marks required in previous exam.

Candidates are selected based on merit and fulfillment of eligibility criteria, including a minimum of 60% in graduation, valid GRE/GMAT scores (minimum GRE 260 or GMAT 500), and English proficiency (IELTS 6.0, TOEFL 60, or PTE 50)
The selection also requires confirmed admission to an accredited foreign university in approved countries (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Australia, Singapore)
Final selection is conducted by the State Level Scrutiny Committee (SLSC) after online application and certificate verification.
Renewal Policy
The scholarship is primarily for Post Graduate (Master's) or Ph.D. courses abroad
Renewal is granted annually for the duration of the course subject to satisfactory academic progress and submission of required documents (e.g., mark sheets, continuation of admission)
The selected candidate must join the university within one year of selection communication
otherwise, the award is automatically cancelled with no extension permissible.

Enter all required personal, academic, and admission details accurately. Review and submit the application form online.
- 6Print & Submit Physical Copy
After online submission, print the application form and submit it to the office of the District Scheduled Caste Development Officer before the deadline (19 November 2025 for 2025-26, extended to 31 March 2026 for 2026 admissions).
- 7Certificate Verification
Selected candidates must attend certificate verification with attested copies at the Commissioner of Tribal Welfare office (DSS Bhavan, Masabtank, Hyderabad) within the specified date.
