ಒಡಿಶಾದಲ್ಲಿನ ಒಬಿಸಿ/ಎಸ್ಇಬಿಸಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪೂರ್ವ ಮೆಟ್ರಿಕ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿವೇತನವು, ₹2.5 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಆದಾಯವಿರುವ ಇತರ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ 9-10ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಾಲಾ ಶುಲ್ಕ, ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳು, ಸಮವಸ್ತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ಭತ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಹಾಯವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

₹2.5 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಆದಾಯವಿರುವ, 9-10ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಓದುತ್ತಿರುವ ಒಬಿಸಿ/ಎಸ್ಇಬಿಸಿ ವರ್ಗದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೆರಿಟ್ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಆಯ್ಕೆ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಇತರೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ/ಕೇಂದ್ರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿವೇತನಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅನರ್ಹರು. ವಿತರಣೆಗೆ ಮುನ್ನ ಶಾಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ.
