The maintenance allowance is credited directly to the student's Aadhaar-linked bank account. For ITI students, the annual maintenance allowance is ₹10,000, for Polytechnic students, it is ₹15,000, and for Degree & above courses, it is ₹20,000 per year for food and hostel expenses. The monthly maintenance allowance ranges from ₹500 to ₹1,200. MTF is released on a monthly basis, contingent on maintaining 75% attendance, while RTF is released quarterly.

How to Apply Online

Complete all required fields in the JSAF and submit the signed copy to your College Principal.

The College Principal will verify the details in your JSAF and submit it online through the Jnanabhumi portal at the time of admission. You will receive an SMS confirming successful submission.

Visit a Mee Seva Centre with your Jnanabhumi application ID and Aadhaar number to access your application online. Here, you can verify details, make necessary modifications, and finally submit the application by providing your biometric authentication. For Renewal Applications:
- 5Principal's Initial Submission
The College Principal registers your renewal application by keying in your admission date for the current academic year and your Hall Ticket/Roll Number from the preceding year's examination. An SMS will be sent to you confirming the successful submission.
- 6Student Biometric Authentication
View your application details and complete your biometric authentication at the college to confirm the renewal. Required Documents (Common for Fresh & Renewal, to be kept ready): * Aadhaar Card (student's) * Caste Certificate (MeeSeva issued) * Income Certificate (current year MRO issued) * SSC/10th Marks Memo * Qualifying Exam Marks Memo * College Admission Fee Receipt * Bank Passbook (Aadhaar seeded) * Passport size photo * Nativity certificate from MeeSeva/Revenue Department Tracking Application Status: * You can track your application status on the AP ePass portal (apepass.cgg.gov.in) or Jnanabhumi portal.
