Selected scholars will receive a scholarship of INR 50,000 per year for the duration of their course (typically 4 or 5 years). The scholarship operates on a reimbursement model, as students often incur expenses during the first semester before applying. These funds are to be exclusively used for essential educational expenses, including tuition fees, hostel charges, and mess/food costs. In addition to financial support, the scholarship includes structured skilling programs (English, Technical, Leadership, and Aspirational development) and personalized mentoring to enhance employability.

Renewal Policy

How to Apply Online

Click on the 'Apply Now' button. If you are a new user, click on 'Register' and create an account using your Email ID, Mobile number, or Gmail account. If you are already registered, log in with your existing credentials.

Once logged in, you may be redirected to a preliminary application form. Click on 'No, I will create Fresh' to begin a new application if prompted.
- 4Fill the Application Form
Accurately complete all required details in the online application form. This includes personal information, academic history, family income details, and professional course information.

Upload all the necessary mandatory documents. These typically include: Class 12 Marksheet, Entrance Rank Certificate (JEE/NEET/CLAT, etc.), Counselling Letter for Seat Allotment, Family Income Certificate (or salary slips for the last 3 months/ITR form), e-Aadhaar or scanned copy of original Aadhaar, Tuition/Hostel/Mess Paid Receipts, Bank Passbook Copy (for account details confirmation), Bonafide Certificate from College, Fee Structure for the course issued by the College, and a Parent's/Guardian's Declaration Form. Ensure that scanned documents do not exceed 500 KB in size.

Carefully review all the entered details and uploaded documents to ensure accuracy. Accept the terms and conditions and then click on the 'Submit' button to complete your application.

After submission, FFE will contact shortlisted candidates via email or phone for the next steps, which typically include a facilitator verification process. To track your application status, you can log back into the application portal using your FFEUID or registered email ID. A temporary link will be sent to your registered email to view your profile and application status.

Is there an application fee required for the FFE Scholarship?
No, there is no application fee required to apply for the Foundation for Excellence (FFE) Scholarship.
Are students who gained admission through a diploma program eligible for this scholarship?
No, students who have taken lateral entry into B.E./B.Tech courses through diploma programs are generally not eligible. The scholarship is primarily for first-year students who have secured admission to eligible professional degree programs based on general/open merit rank in state or national-level entrance examinations.
What happens if a student fails a subject during the scholarship period?
While FFE expects all its scholars to pass each examination in full at the first attempt without failure in any subject, a student who fails can still apply for the renewal of their scholarship. The scholarship amount in such cases will be decided in discussion with the donor, provided a genuine reason for the failure is stated.
