About the Program
PM Yasasvi Post-Matric Scholarship in Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu supports OBC and EBC students in their higher education.
Benefits & Financial Support
₹1.3 Lakh+
The scholarship provides comprehensive financial assistance, including full tuition fees and non-refundable charges (with a ceiling of ₹2.00 lakhs per annum for private sector institutions), living expenses of ₹3,000 per month (₹36,000 annually), and ₹5,000 per annum for books and stationery. Additionally, a one-time grant of up to ₹45,000 is provided for a computer/laptop with accessories during the course duration. The scholarship amount is disbursed directly to the beneficiary's Aadhaar-seeded bank account through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to ensure transparency and efficiency.
Maintenance allowance up to ₹750/month.
