Benefits & Financial Support
Eligible girl students receive Rs. 1,000 per month (Rs. 12,000 annually) directly into their Aadhaar-seeded bank accounts via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). The payment is disbursed monthly until the uninterrupted completion of their first undergraduate degree, diploma, or ITI course.
Inclusions
Monthly incentive of ₹1,000 (total ₹12,000/year) sent via DBT.
Financial support covers the entire duration of the UG degree/diploma/ITI course.
Important Note
Students enrolled in correspondence, distance education, or open university courses are not eligible.

Selection is based on eligibility criteria:the student must be a female who studied from Class 6 to Class 12 in Tamil Nadu Government or Government-aided schools (Tamil or English medium for Govt
Tamil medium only for Aided)

The college/institution verifies the school history and course details, followed by review and approval by the District Education Office.
Renewal Policy
The scholarship is renewed annually for the duration of the course (up to 3
–5 years) provided the student pursues education in a recognized course and college without interruption
Students must continue in the same course
changing courses or breaking the continuity of study may affect renewal
The application is typically submitted once at the start of the higher education course, and the stipend continues monthly as long as eligibility is maintained.

HSC Mark Sheet, Transfer Certificate (TC), Aadhaar Card, College Admission Receipt, and Bank Passbook (front page).
