Contact your College/University's Nodal Officer to get your Educational Management Information System (EMIS) or University Management Information System (UMIS) ID.

Go to the official University Management Information System (UMIS) portal (https://umis.tn.gov.in/).

Use your EMIS/UMIS ID as the username. Your password is the last 4 digits of your registered mobile number followed by your year of birth.

Complete the 'Tamizh Pudhalvan Scheme Online Application Form' with all required details.
- 5Upload Documents
Upload necessary documents, including Aadhaar Card, bank account details, mobile number and email, UMIS/EMIS number, education-related documents, and a photograph.
