Male students who studied in Government schools or Government-Aided Tamil medium schools in Tamil Nadu from Classes 6 to 12 and are now in regular higher education.

No, there is no parental income limit for this scheme.
Q.How will the money be disbursed?
The ₹1,000 monthly benefit is disbursed directly to the student's Aadhaar-seeded bank account via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
