Note your username (UMIS/EMIS ID) and password (last 4 digits of registered mobile number and date of birth);

Visit the UMIS portal and log in with your credentials;

Fill the Tamizh Pudhalvan Scheme online application form;

Upload all required supporting documents on the portal;

Review filled information for accuracy and submit the application form;

Print the submitted application form;

Attach hardcopies of all documents to the printed form;

Submit the complete application and documents to your college/university nodal officer;

Nodal officer will verify your application and documents for final processing
