Clarendon Fund Scholarships Renewal Process 2026
Renewal Guidelines & Conditions
If the scholarship is valid for more than one year, renewal is contingent upon submitting an annual scholarship report and making satisfactory academic progress. The Graduate Admissions & Funding team will confirm the scholarship renewal via email upon receipt of the report and confirmation of progress. If a scholar is not making satisfactory progress and needs to repeat periods of study, a review will determine if the scholarship continues. Unless explicitly awarded for both Master's and DPhil study, the scholarship is for a specific course and cannot be extended if a scholar continues to a DPhil; a new application for a Clarendon scholarship would be required.
Key Renewal Prerequisites
- Must pass the previous annual/semester examination in the first attempt.
- No active backlogs or ATKT are permitted in most professional programs.
- Must maintain regular class attendance (typically 75% or higher) validated by the college.
