Income Verification Rules
Applicants must submit a valid annual income certificate issued by a competent revenue officer (such as a Tahsildar, Revenue Inspector, or Sub-Divisional Magistrate).
- The certificate must be in the name of the parent/legal guardian.
- Income certificates issued by private employers or self-declarations on plain paper are not accepted.

Q.What happens if my CGPA falls below 7.0?
If your CGPA falls below 7.0, you will lose eligibility to renew the MCM scholarship for that academic year.
Q.Are SC/ST students eligible for MCM?
SC/ST students already receive a tuition waiver and are eligible for the Post-Matric Scholarship or other welfare schemes, so they are generally excluded from MCM.
Q.How are applications verified?
Applications are verified online by the Academic Section through the ERP system.
