Q.Who is eligible for the Nabanna Scholarship?
Permanent residents of West Bengal studying in institutions within the state, with 50% to less than 60% marks in Class 10/12 (or 50% to less than 53% in Graduation) and an annual family income of ₹1,20,000 or less, who are not receiving any other scholarship.
Q.What is the scholarship amount?
Beneficiaries receive a financial grant of ₹10,000 per year.
Q.How is the scholarship money disbursed?
The scholarship amount is transferred directly to the beneficiary's Aadhaar-seeded bank account via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
