About the Program
The Green Passage Scheme Technical Education provides financial assistance and fee support to orphaned students in Odisha pursuing ITI ITC Polytechnic and Diploma courses with variable scholarship amounts covering educational expenses for vulnerable children without parental support in vocational and technical education.
Benefits & Financial Support
Provides a complete fee waiver (admission, tuition, examination, hostel, laboratory, library, etc.) for orphaned students pursuing higher/technical/professional education. For government and government-aided colleges, the waiver is direct. For private colleges, fees are reimbursed up to a maximum cap of ₹5,00,000 for the entire course duration. Payments/reimbursements are processed via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to the student's or institution's bank account.

Renewal Policy
Requires promotion to the next academic year, maintaining satisfactory academic performance, clean conduct, minimum attendance as per university norms, and verification by the institutional head.
