Benefits & Financial Support
The scholarship covers tuition fees and maintenance allowance, varying by course level: UG students receive ā¹500āā¹1,000/month (ā¹6,000āā¹12,000 annually), while PG students receive ā¹1,000āā¹1,200/month (ā¹12,000āā¹14,400 annually). Professional courses may have higher allowances. Payments are made via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) directly to the student's Aadhaar-seeded bank account, typically in two installments per academic year after institutional verification.
Inclusions
Tuition fee reimbursement as per government approved structures.
Monthly maintenance allowance of ā¹250 to ā¹750 (DBT).

Must be enrolled in All Streams. Minimum 33% marks required in previous exam.

Selection Process
Selection is based on merit and eligibility: candidates must belong to BC/EBC categories, have an annual family income below ā¹3,00,000 (BC) or ā¹2,50,000 (EBC), pass the previous qualifying exam with at least 33% marks, and be admitted to a recognized post-matriculation course (Class 11/12, Diploma, UG, PG, or Professional) in Bihar.
Renewal Policy
Renewal is conditional on passing the previous year's examination with at least 33% marks and upload of the college promotion certificate on the PMS portal
Group A students may renew once after failing
repeated failures disqualify them
Group B
āE students must be promoted to renew
Maintenance allowance is withheld if the student fails.
