The scholarship provides financial assistance including a monthly maintenance allowance, reimbursement of non-refundable compulsory fees, and other charges. The monthly maintenance allowance varies based on the course group and whether the student is a hosteller or day scholar. For instance, hostellers in professional/PG level courses (Group 1) receive ₹750 per month, while day scholars receive ₹350 per month. For students in 11th and 12th class (Group IV), hostellers receive ₹260 per month and day scholars receive ₹160 per month. Blind students receive an additional ₹90 per month. A study tour allowance of ₹900 is provided for OBC students in professional courses. The funds are disbursed directly to the student's Aadhaar-seeded bank account via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
