Benefits & Financial Support

The scholarship provides financial assistance covering a maintenance allowance (up to INR 3,800 per month for ST students in Class 11 and 12, and generally ₹1,200 per month for hostellers and ₹550 per month for day scholars in higher courses), full reimbursement of mandatory non-refundable fees (including registration, enrollment, tuition, games, union, library, and examination fees), and a book allowance. It may also cover study tour charges up to INR 1,600 and assistance for thesis typing and printing. Divyang (disabled) students receive an additional 10% allowance. The scholarship amount is disbursed directly into the student's Aadhaar-seeded bank account through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) once the application is approved.
