All girl students who are permanent residents of Odisha and are enrolled in government ITIs, ITCs, or Polytechnic (Diploma) courses are eligible.
Q.Can a student receiving another scholarship apply for Sudakshya?
Yes, but they will only receive the differential amount (extra benefits not covered under the other scholarship) to prevent duplicate funding.
Q.What are the additional support benefits provided?
In addition to fee waivers and maintenance allowance, it provides a ₹3,00,0 uniform allowance, apprentice training support (up to ₹1,500/month), and post-placement support of ₹5,000.
